Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 cup overnight soaked sabudana


  • 1 medium size finely chopped onion


  • 1/4 cup peanut powder


  • Few Curry leaves


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder


  • 3 tbsp Ghee


  • Salt according to taste


  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves


  • 2 chilli finely chopped


  • 1/2 tsp Sugar


  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds

Directions

  • In a pan heat the ghee, splutter mustard and Cumin seeds, Curry leaves.
  • Add chopped Onions saute well till they turns golden brown colour.
  • Now add chopped green chilli, turmeric powder Stir well. Additionally add Salt according to taste.
  • Next add soaked and well drained sabudana and Peanut powder to it then add 1/2 tsp sugar Mix well together.
  • Lastly add chopped coriander leaves. Mix it well once again.
  • Finally serve hot , on topping with squeeze half lemon.
